These general terms and conditions of sale (referred to as "GTC") aim to provide a legal framework for the terms of provision of the website and services by Tabib.clinic and to define the conditions of access and use of services by "the User". These GTC are accessible on the site under the "Terms" section.

Article 2 - Access to the Site

The website https://tabib.clinic provides the User with free access to the following services: • Online doctor consultation booking • Home nurse consultation • Emergency Doctor: Emergency medical consultation at home 24/7 • Ambulance: Medical transport and inter-hospital transfer • Home Care: Injections, infusions, dressings, blood tests • Teleconsultation: Online medical consultation with qualified doctors • Medical Equipment: Rental and sale of medical equipment • Home Hospitalization: Continuous hospital care at home The site is freely accessible from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

Article 3 - Data Collection

The site ensures the collection and processing of personal information in compliance with privacy according to Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Under this law, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their personal data. Article 4 - Intellectual Property

The Tabib.clinic trademark is a registered trademark of Tabib.clinic. The User agrees to use the site content in a strictly private context; any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Article 8 - Pricing and Payment

**Pricing** Our service prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and can be consulted on our site or communicated when booking. Prices may vary according to: • Time of intervention (day/night) • Day of intervention (weekday/weekend/holiday) • Geographic area • Complexity of the intervention **Payment Methods** Payment can be made: • In cash at the time of intervention • By bank card (secure payment) • By bank transfer for businesses • By insurance deduction (if under agreement) **Billing** An invoice is systematically provided to the Patient or sent by email after each intervention.

Article 9 - Cancellation

In case of cancellation of an order paid by bank card for Tabib.clinic services, the User is informed that Tabib.clinic does not issue any refunds. Any cancellation of a paid order does not result in any refund, whether partial or total. Tabib.clinic reserves the right to charge the full amount of the order in case of cancellation. **Exception** Tabib.clinic may cancel an intervention in case of: • Force majeure (extreme weather conditions, civil unrest) • Unavailability of healthcare professionals • Incorrect information provided by the Patient In case of cancellation by Tabib.clinic, no fees will be charged and any deposit paid will be refunded.

Article 10 - Right of Withdrawal

The User acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy when placing an order for Tabib.clinic services. In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to health and medical care services which, by their nature, cannot be returned or cancelled once the service has begun. In case of dispute or question regarding this policy, the User can contact Tabib.clinic according to the methods indicated in Article 1 of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 11 - Tabib Clinic Obligations

Tabib Clinic is committed to: • Providing quality services by qualified and certified professionals • Respecting announced intervention times (subject to exceptional circumstances) • Guaranteeing the confidentiality of Patient medical data • Providing an invoice for each intervention • Providing assistance in case of complaint All doctors and healthcare professionals working for Tabib Clinic are: • Registered with the National Council of the Order of Physicians of Morocco (CNOM) • Holders of required degrees • Covered by professional liability insurance

Article 12 - Confidentiality and Medical Secrecy

Tabib Clinic guarantees compliance with medical secrecy in accordance with legal provisions in force in Morocco. Patient medical data are: • Strictly confidential • Accessible only to the healthcare professionals concerned • Stored in accordance with our privacy policy • Transmitted to authorities only if required by law For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Article 13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
